This is what you’ll find at The Haven, our 60-bed licensed nursing facility designed to provide the absolute highest quality skilled care, 24 hours a day, in spacious private and semi-private rooms. We pride ourselves on making sure that should one of our residents require medical care or transition into nursing or end-of-life care, they will receive the same services they have always enjoyed while preserving as much of their independence and dignity as possible.

Our skilled care community is Medicare Certified, and complete rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy, are available to help residents get back on their feet, should the need arise.
