We have tested 11 residents who came in contact with our resident who recently passed away from COVID 19, and the test results of 10 have come back negative. One of our employees also tested negative, so right now, we are waiting on that one final result. If all goes well, we are hopeful that on July 30th we can resume our operations at the level they were prior to this case. We will keep you posted when we learn more.

Read MoreWe have known from day one that there would be days where we would have to take steps backwards which sums up the past few days. Today we received the results of our point of prevalence survey in our Health Care Community and discovered that four of our employees have tested positive. On the bright side, all 77 residents and the 158 staff members tested negative. We are still waiting on the results from 10 tests. As of now, all four employees are isolating at home and at the moment are not showing any symptoms of the virus.
Read MoreLate yesterday afternoon we discovered that the coronavirus raised its ugly hand again at Brandermill Woods when we learned that one of our independent living residents has a confirmed case that was contracted offsite. The resident has since chosen to quarantine with family members and is no longer on site. We have still taken extra precautions by implementing a 14-day observation lockdown for our independent living residents. Our status in our Assisted living and Memory Care facilities remain the same.
