Yes. You may furnish and decorate your home in any way you see fit. Built-ins and major modifications will become the property of Brandermill Woods when your home is vacated. You will be responsible for returning the home to its original condition if requested.
Yes, certainly. Guests may visit you and enjoy all of the amenities of the Clubhouse and if you like to travel, you'll feel secure about your home and your possessions while you're away.
Pets are welcome, but are subject to Brandermill Community Association and Chesterfield County regulations and restrictions. A $550 non-refundable pet fee is required.
The Health Care Communities offer several levels of care from full service apartment living to skilled nursing care. The Health Care Center complex incorporates a 60-bed, fully licensed nursing home and a three-story building containing 40 assisted-living and 19 memory enhanced rental apartments. A new state-of-the-art 22-bed rehab wing was opened in the spring of 2015.
Yes. Both are located on-site and only residents of Brandermill Woods have priority admittance.
Many residents bring their cars with them; however, Brandermill provides scheduled transportation throughout the community. An on-campus shuttle is available throughout the day so that residents are able to attend activities or visit neighbors easily.
The entire community is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system that monitors the sprinkler system, inclusive of smoke and heat detectors in each unit. In the event of a fire, an alarm notifies the security desk and the fire department will be dispatched immediately.

All staff are trained on emergency procedures. They participate in drills and exercises to test their knowledge. Residents are asked to take part in all drills so they can know what to expect in an actual emergency. Our emergency plan includes procedures for communication.
