Important Status Update from our Executive Director - 5/4/22

We are pleased to report that everything has gone as planned and electricity has been restored to the Clubhouse and the C Building. Residents who reside in the C Building can return home any time after 1:00 p.m. today. Access will not be granted to the building until 1:00 p.m. We have missed you all!

There is still work being completed on the 1st floor of the C Building, in the common space at the puzzle table and elevator after the Game Room. This area, including the elevator, is inaccessible until further notice. Servpro has installed barriers to prevent people from entering the area that is being repaired. The large freight elevator in the C Building is accessible to get to all floors. If you want to enter through the West Addition, you must use the elevator by the Theater to access the 2nd Floor and then proceed to the C Building apartments.  

We tried our best to remove perishable items from all refrigerators and freezers. If you had any medications in your refrigerators, they have been returned.    

If you are going to file an insurance claim with your renter's insurance, we have pictures of the contents of your refrigerators for your convenience. Contact Kristen Moore for a copy of the picture. Remember, we will be crediting all residents in the C Building $150.00 on the next statement to help offset your loss.

Dining has resumed in the Bistro, and all in-house activities will resume at 1:30 p.m. Oscar’s will be opening on Thursday.
