Health Care Community – The Haven, Assisted Living and Memory Care

Chesterfield County’s COVID-19 positivity rate on the CDC website has dropped substantially, as of today, it is 12.77%.

All residents and employees in The Haven tested negative for COVID-19 this week. The Assisted Living had two residents and two employees who tested positive for COVID-19 this week. The families were notified. The residents are doing well and isolated in their units. Employees who tested positive are quarantined at home.

We will continue to test all Health Care Community employees and residents twice a week until we have two consecutive weeks of negative cases. All employees follow the core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention.

Please do not visit your loved one and contact your doctor if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: sore throat, severe lingering headache, sinus/head pressure, head congestion, runny nose, nausea, cough, and fatigue.
