Health Care Community – The Haven, Assisted Living and Memory Care

During our COVID-19 testing on February 3, 2021, one dietary employee tested positive and is isolating at home. All residents in Assisted Living, and Memory Care and The Haven was negative. All other employee tests from Wednesday, February 3, 2021, were negative as well. All residents will continue to be monitored for any signs and symptoms. Any changes in a resident’s condition will be reported to our physician, and the family will be made aware.

We will continue to test all residents for COVID-19 twice a week until we have two weeks free of positive results.

We continue to provide technical assistance for our residents to virtually connect with family and friends. All window visits in the Assisted Living and Memory Care have been canceled. Please email Trisha Pedersen at tpedersen@brandermillwoods.com to schedule a virtual visit.

The past weeks have been especially challenging with new COVID-19 cases while managing the vaccination clinics.  We know it is difficult to remain distant from family and friends. The health and well-being of our residents remain our top priorities, and we are grateful for your continued support.

Every decision we have made before, and during, COVID-19 has been about what is best and what is right. Our residents have said that during this time of anxiety and uncertainty, Brandermill Woods has created an environment where they feel safe. We will keep fighting the good fight.
