Health Care Community – The Haven, Assisted Living and Memory Care

We were notified this afternoon that we have a resident in the Memory Care Unit who has tested positive for COVID-19, they have very minor symptoms and are isolated in their room. The Haven resident reported on January 10, 2022, remains positive with no symptoms. All other residents in The Haven and Assisted Living Community are negative.

Currently, there are four employees in The Haven and four employees in the Assisted Living Community who have tested positive and are quarantined at home.

Due to the special services provided in our Memory Care unit, family members and friends will not be allowed to visit for 14 days. Visitors will be allowed in The Haven and Assisted Living Community.

As per our policy, we continue to test all Health Care Community employees and residents twice a week until we have two consecutive weeks of all negative cases.  

The Chesterfield County positivity rate on the CDC website has decreased to 30.93% as of today. All staff follows the core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention. Employees continue to be screened daily for signs/symptoms before their shift.
