To All Vendors of Brandermill Woods with Direct Care or Interaction with our Residents

As of August 3, 2021, Chesterfield County’s positivity rate has increased to 10.3%, the Delta variant crisis is quickly evolving and the Coronavirus pandemic continues.  Brandermill Woods has taken and will continue to take the following actions to protect our residents and employees during this time.

Effective today, for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and The Haven Health Care Communities, we have initiated a mandatory requirement for the COVID-19 Vaccination. We are requiring nursing agencies, ancillary medical personnel, volunteers, home health providers, private aides and hospice staff, students, contractors working with our residents, within any of our buildings to provide proof of full vaccination by October 1, 2021, to continue working with us or on our campus.  Proof of full vaccination must be shown immediately upon entry to Brandermill Woods Front Desk at the respective building the person is seeking entrance.

In addition to being vaccinated, with the level of the current positivity rate, vendors should still wear (non-gaiter) masks at our Independent Living and KN95 or greater masks at the Haven and Assisted Living while on the campus of Brandermill Woods.

Thank you for your cooperation and support as we carry out this new policy.
