Spacious accommodations in either a one-story cluster home with one, two or three bedrooms and an attached garage, or a one or two-bedroom club home apartment with covered parking. Sizes range from 980 to 2,800 square feet.

Each home is equipped with a full kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and garbage disposal. Wall-to-wall carpeting as well as a washer-dryer are included. All utilities (excluding telephone) are part of your monthly fee.

Every home at Brandermill Woods is protected with a smoke detector, a full sprinkler system and an emergency alert system connected to the main desk. And there is a state-of-the-art security system in every home, as well as staff security.

No entrance fees. A one-time non-refundable community fee of $3,000 is required.

Monthly fee includes

• All utilities excluding telephone.
• Complete maintenance.
• 15 meals per person per month.
• Biweekly housekeeping services.
• Around-the-clock security.
• Scheduled transportation to nearby shops and services.
• Scheduled activities and full-time activities director.
• Clubhouse with library, arts and crafts room, Fitness Center, game rooms, lounge, dining room, gift shop/convenience store.
• Priority admission to and ten free days of care at The Chesterfield, which offers assisted living, or The Health Care Center, which offers skilled nursing care.
• An individualized Health and Wellness Program with our Wellness Coordinator.
• Daily fitness classes from aerobic and strengthening to those specifically designed to enhance balance, build leg muscles and a special class for those with arthritis.
• Access to the extensive recreational amenities offered by the planned community of Brandermill, including a 1700 acre lake, and bike and walking trails.
• You may also join the Brandermill Country Club, which offers swimming, tennis, and golf.
