Annual Report [PDF]

The Foundation was established in 2001 and formed to receive and manage charitable gifts for its community. The Foundation was chartered for the general purpose of soliciting and receiving gifts, donations and bequests of property to be used for the furtherance of the charitable, educational and activities of Brandermill Woods. The foundation is a qualified public charity, managed by a Board of Directors, and has established its exemption from federal income taxes under Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Brandermill Woods Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization. A gift to the Foundation simplifies charitable giving. One gift can address a number of different needs, such as:

  • Financial Assistance for a resident in need
  • Employee Scholarship Fund
  • General Benevolence Fund
  • A specific identified project, i.e. a park bench, flower garden, altar equipment for The Chapel, bird aviary, a musical instrument.
  • Therapeutic Gardens
  • Other projects personal to the giver.
